Many guests praised the hotel's location, describing it as central, and close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, the business district, public transit and the National Monument. One patron noted, "The location is strategic with access for shopping and eateries, also 24 hrs mini markets such as Circle K and Seven Eleven".
Numerous reviewers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, helpful with directions and efficient.
