The hotel's location was praised by many guests, who found it close to bars, a taxi stand, the Epicentrum Walk, shopping, restaurants, a cinema, the business district and a hospital. One lodger noted, "the area was really convenient for getting around".
Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, helpful, responsive and efficient.
