The hotel's location was the source of many compliments by reviewers. They found it close to shopping malls, restaurants, a supermarket and Jakarta's business and financial district.
Numerous guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, professional and helpful.
Several lodgers enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as modern, spacious, clean, quiet, renovated and well equipped. It should be noted, however, that some travellers were disappointed with their lodgings (see below).

Although several lodgers were pleased with their spacious and well-equipped rooms, some guests criticized their accommodations.
