The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms and location.
Numerous lodgers praised the hotel's staff, finding them to be attentive, friendly, efficient and bilingual. One guest remarked, "All staff spoke great English and were able to help us with anything - booking a driver, booking train tickets, finding restaurants, the list goes on".
Many guests enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as spacious, clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful city views and fast Wi-Fi. It should be mentioned, however, that a few guests had complaints about their rooms (see below).
The hotel's location was complimented by several reviewers. They found it to be close to the U.S. Embassy (and Embassy district), public transit, restaurants, Tiananmen Square, the airport and Forbidden City.
