Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location. They found it close to shopping, restaurants, public transit, the airport, highway access and China International Exhibition Center.
Several guests enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their lodgings as clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and linens. A few travellers were disappointed with their rooms, however (see below).
