Numerous guests praised the hotel's staff, characterizing them as efficient, friendly, helpful and professional. One patron remarked, "The reason it was a truly excellent experience was Junel Del Rio. This concierge was a perfect combination of empathy, determination and problem solver, wrapped in a kind voice and beautiful smile. When our tour to Abu Dhabi failed to fetch us, he reassured us that all would be well. He located a private car and guide and had us on our way in [an] hour".
The hotel's accommodations were complimented by several reviewers. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, quiet, modern and well equipped, with comfortable beds.
