Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's location, and found it to be central, as well as close to Dubai Creek, the electronics market, water taxis, the Metro, shopping, Gold Souk, a supermarket, the airport, the city centre and restaurants.
The hotel's staff were praised by many lodgers, who characterized them as friendly, well mannered, pleasant and helpful.
