"I am still in Egypt so have been unable to contact you yet. The hotel had NO knowledge of my reservation, they telephoned their central reservations in France and they knew nothing of it. This caused me a great deal of problems and I had to pay the hotel directly having already paid you. I would like some answers as to what went wrong and I would also like confirmation that by bank account had been credited by AT LEAST the amount that you have debited. If I do not have confirmation of this by the time I return to London on Thursday I shall be taking the matter further. Unfortunately for you and the hotels is the fact that my visit was to plan to take a group of 30pax to the hotel in November this year. Needless to say I will not be using this hotel. Robert Newton"
